Something I learned last week

     The most interesting thing I learned last week was made a trebuchet. My science teacher told our class to built trebuchet for competition. First, we had to found some woods. Then, we had to bought some stuffs like Duck Tape, nail, pole, hammer, and more. After bought the stuffs, we put them together. Three weeks later, we finally finished built the trebuchet. we spent lots of time to built it. We built the trebuchet everyday after lunch, after school, and in science class. But we didn't won during the competition. Although we didn't won but we were happy. Because only one group can won maybe the group were yours maybe we're not. I were really enjoyed the process and I learned how to built trebuchet. This is the most interesting thing I learned in last few weeks.

     My  favorite thing happen in Brazil was saw the Iguazu waterfall because the waterfall was very magnificent. Iguazu waterfall is the widest waterfall in the world. We went water rafting on Iguazu waterfall and it was so fun!!! The time flies when you have fun so I really want to water rafting again. There's a love story about this waterfall. A man and a lady loved each other very much but they separate because of God so the man was on the one side of the waterfall and the lady was on the other side of the waterfall, they can only see each other when the rainbow came out. The lucky thing was the rainbow often appear. Iguazu waterfall is the most beautiful and magnificent waterfall that I have seen. If you want to visit Brazil, you must to go to Iguazu waterfall and water rafting.

     My  least favorite thing was visited Rocinha Slum. Brazil is one of the largest countries in the world the gap between rich and poor, the rich have villa, butler, kitchener and bodyguard. Poor people are still struggling to survive. When I got in to the Slum, I saw lots of people drove motorcycle super fast so it was very dangers. Slum looks very dirty and some people didn't even wore shoes. I think the view was not very good maybe was we went to Slum at night. I think if we went to there at day, maybe the view will better. ☘☘☘St. Patrick's Day!!!☘☘☘

     Hi, today I'm going to talk about St. Patrick's Day. St. Patrick's Day is celebrate on every March, 17th which is the date Saint Patrick had died. Saint Patrick was born in the year of 373 in Wales which is just across the sea from Ireland. Lots of people in Wales were Jewish but he is Christian. When he grows up, he heard a voice says“ You need to go to Ireland and teach them about Christianity, and he did. Jewish priest is very angry about he's followers move to Christian. He's life is always in danger. One of the common plant that grows on field is Shamrock. (Small clover with three leaves) He picked the Shamrock up and explained three leaves with three aspect of God. (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) During the St. Patrick's Day, all the people celebrate by wearing green clothes. You may pinch anyone who is not wearing green. In my country, we don't celebrate St. Patrick's Day. I've never heard of it until I came to America.

     Hi! Everyone I'm going to write my seventh blog. I think I'm going to talk about my future. After I graduate, I will probably be a clothing designer. Why! Because I really like beautiful dresses and I will design a wedding dress for myself. In the future, I will have a teacup dog for my pet. I'm going to make a dresses for my little puppy, too. I will draw lots of pictures that is famous over the world and all the people around the world like to see my pictures. What about your future? What kind of life you want in the future?

       10 things you probably don't know about me

     Hi! I am Jessica, here are the 10 things you probably don't know about me.

     First, I love animals very much, but elephant is my favorite animal. I think it's the most cutest animal I have seen.

     Second, My favorite class in Webb school is ELL because Mrs. Berzinskas is very kind and nice. She always help me when I have some questions.

     Third, I love to draw, make crafts and origami. Because after I make crafts I feel a little achievability.

     Fourth, My favorite season is Summer Because I can go back to China on Summer break.

     Fifth, My birthday is on March, 21, 2005. Even I look like Chinese, but I born in America.

     Sixth, My favorite number is 3 because my birthday is on March so I like 3.

     Seventh, I like sweet things. My favorite dessert is ice cream cake, but I also like ice cream and brownie. They are the delicious dessert I have ever tasted. 

     Eighth, I like to make Sushi with My mom on weekend, I really enjoyed. This is the intesting thing I love to do.

      Ninth, I hate if my best friend lie to me. Because I don't like dishonest person.

    Tenth, although I go to school in USA, and learning English everyday, but I still like to read and talk Chinese.

A beneficial discovery

I think Wi-Fi is discovered in the last 100 years has been most beneficial for people. If there is no Wi-Fi in the world, we can't download any app like WeChat or Instagram. If we play games or go in internet,  we can't without Wi-Fi, it can help us to search some important information and bring some fun things to our life. Nowadays, there are many people don't need go to office, they can work at home if there is Wi-Fi at their house. Some people are shopping at home, they can go online like Amazon. they can buy what ever they want. So, Wi-Fi is very important and beneficial for people.

Fall is here!

what are your favorite things about fall?

Fall is beautiful and amazing. Do you know why? Because all the leafs will turning to yellow, orange or red are pretty and colorful. In fall the weather is not hot like summer or cold like winter, it is a nice weather for me. My favorite things in fall is there has lots of fruits you can eat and lots of festivals we can celebrate. We have Halloween, Thanksgiving and others. My favorite festival is Halloween. I like Halloween because that night all the house are creepy and cool, we can have lots of candy during all fall. In fall everything gets a bit more atmospheric. During the fall the days get shorter not like summer very long. Fall is the time of year where you can go pumpkin and apple picking. I love fall, fall has lots of fun thing to do!
